Many students and faculty at UF agreed that Library West does not have enough outlets. The people that fall outside the boundary, however, are students and faculty that either bring a fully-charged laptop or that do not stay at the library for much time. This is because they do not have much of a need for an outlet.
What:
One of my interviewees mentioned that they prefer to study at home rather than the library so there is no need for him to bring his charger, which does not give him a need for an electrical outlet.
Why:
The people inside the boundary spend time studying at Library West which involves their laptops to run short on battery if they are there for some time without plugging it in. The people outside the boundary do not have this need.

I think you would have benefitted from including more about your interviews in your write-up. I think having a brief summary of each of your interviewees answers would have added more to show different opinions on your product/service. I do think that you did a good job in answering all the questions fully and you did a good job in creating the table.
